Theocratic Freeware: Sites offering free theocratic software.
School Deluxe — A program for the TMSO from Austria. Registration is required to activate and this data is used for statistical purposes. Donations are accepted but not required. PayPal may be used. The author of this program calls this system "Registration Ware".
Theocratic Palm Software — Theocratically themed Palm PDA applications for shepherding, public talks, Bible word pronunciation, really too many for us to describe.
The Secretary File — A site hosted by a brother in the UK featuring a congregation secretary program written in Microsoft Access (freeware).
Territory Administrator 2000 — A program for tracking territory coverage. English and Spanish.
Theocratic Coloring Books — Print for children to color with crayons.
Thomoneil's Theocratic Palm — Neil Thomson's site with a variety of freeware Palm software.
WiNTM/TSWIN — Free programs for TM School overseers. Also links to accounts and literature software. English, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Swedish and other languages supported. This one has been around a while and is very good. Highly recommended.
Congregation Publisher File — Software designed to help congregation secretaries and service overseers. DOS based but runs fine under any version of Windows including XP.
Daily Text Pocket PC — A site with a daily text program for your PDA / pocket pc.
Theocratic Software — Ministry School and Congregation Accounts software, supports English, Spanish and Italian languages. The programs install easily. Some of the prompts are difficult to understand in the English version. Probably of more use to brothers in Spanish and Italian locales. Hosted by an Italian brother. Accounts program updated for Vista. Ministry School has been updated for 2008.
Literature Soft — A site offering software for both literature and magazines. Both programs are free and look quite good. The site is a forum, so registration is required to download. Definitely worth your time if you work in either of these departments.
Live Bible Reading Project — A brother in an English congregation in France sponsors this software that jumps to specific verses and reads them aloud using the MP3 files from WT Library.
Territory Organizer — Hosted by a brother in Florida, the Territory Organizer Version 2.8 fully supports English and Spanish and can also print in French and Portuguese.
My Service — A freeware program for managing records of your field ministry activity. Using a standard Microsoft Access database, we have tested this one and found it easy to use. Highly recommended for everyone who like to track their progress and goals in the ministry.
Rota — A site in Europe that specializes in several programs useful to the brothers. Supports many languages and is constantly being updated, so you can always set up an email reminder for updates. The following programs are available:
Sound Rota — A specialized program for creating sound department schedules including Sound Console, Platform / Stage, Platform Microphone, Microphone Handlers and Attendants. The software is customizable so that you can create other types of schedules as well. Can create Service Meeting schedules and has an announcements editor as well. Integrates with Microsoft Outlook and PDA's too. Supports these languages English, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish and Czech (incomplete) with Danish being worked on.
Visits Rota — for organizing shepherding activity in many languages.
Public Talks — A useful program to help congregation public talk coordinators. There's much more to this brother's site than we can describe here. Recommended you visit and bookmark it.
