Our Convention / Assembly Notebooks are designed to help organize note taking. Easily printed and can be spiral bound. We are pleased to announce that the English standard editions are now available for download. Since the Society published the program on jw.org, this made creating the bookmarks possible before the first conventions are held. Our notebooks are very popular and we will monitor other languages as they become available. We plan on producing notebooks in English, Spanish, Italian, French, German and Dutch. Illustrations Library 4.2
Years in the making, our Illustrations Library is a collection of more than 10,500 illustrations, quotes, witty sayings and other materials intended for the platform, field ministry, Bible studies and the Theocratic Ministry School. This new edition was released 10 October 2011. Our plans are to make two releases annually with somewhere in the range of 400 to 500 new entries each time. When installing over an existing setup, be sure to rebuild the index. |

Kingdom GUI
Kingdom GUI is a small program for enhancing the Kingdom Hall sound system connected to a computer. Enabling both playing songs during the meeting and recording the meeting to MP3 content, this little freeware gem from Austria is extremely handy. Stationery for Letter Writers
Dear Friends, Have you ever looked around for some inexpensive stationery for letter writing and couldn’t find any with lines? A sister from the southern US has donated a very nice collection of designs (100 in all) in PDF with page layout landscape ready to print and use. The designs are simple with white backgrounds (to save expensive ink!!). It's easy to print a single page multiple times or several. Cut in half for some handy stationery to write letters. For those who write letters in their ministry this may be a preferred method rather than purchasing more expensive materials. The PDF instruction file also has a cover page for a spiral binder and even a CD cover should you wish to burn the PDF files onto a CD and give them as a gift. The designs perfectly fit regular 3 5/8 x 6 1/2 inch envelopes. From her instruction page: "Just as we stop to smell the roses while walking from door to door, my hope is that looking at pretty flowers while writing letters will bring additional joy into your lives as we serve Jehovah to the best of our ability." |
Our Freeware
We have a number of freeware programs available that have been contributed to us over the years. They cover a range of subjects and are all freeware (although copyrighted and not public domain software). Some are spreadsheets with macros which make them more program than document. Others are programs or Flash presentations. |

Brother Binder
We are pleased to announce a new web site called Brother Binder. Spiral binding makes paperback books more durable and easier to use. We know of many publishers who take theirs to Kinko's or other places to have this done. This brother did this a few times, and was so disappointed with the quality that he bought his own equipment! He has been doing this work for some time, and now is willing to offer his services on a wider basis. Brother Binder can carefully spiral bind any Watchtower paperback publication. Brother Binder can meet the special needs of those preparing their own material to give as gifts to friends, pioneers, or new mothers. Covers are laminated, and can be personalized with a name label. |
2012 Bible Reading Schedules
We are happy to announce that we have just posted 2012 Bible reading schedules in both JPEG and PNG formats ready to download, print and laminate to keep in your Bible or Ministry School book. These are high quality images that scale really well. Some are quite large (8.5 x 5 inches) to make reading very easy. Update: 30 Dec 2011, we made a couple of corrections and reposted the zip files. 2012 Circuit Assembly Notebooks

We are pleased to have early copies for the 2012 circuit assembly 2-day and Special Assembly Day Programs. Early attendees have sent us scans of the programs and we have created notebooks for our visitors. We hope to create or have contributed versions for children as well. A brief history of TheoShare
Back in 2002 a small number of brothers saw that there didn't exist a good place for technology to be shared with our brothers and sisters. We thought about that for a while and then came to the conclusion that "sharing" should be the central idea of such a site.
Handheld Devices
The rapid rise of smart phones and hand held devices has created an explosion of software (apps). Besides apps for the ministry, congregation activity, etc., a popular use is installing Watchtower Library. We have published a number of links related to these purposes.
Recent Discoveries
When information comes our way about other sites operated by Jehovah's Witnesses who have interesting technology to share, we publish the links. The details opens to a page of new (to us anyway) sites of interest.
Site Lock
We have an added service for our web site, called "Site Lock", it scans our site daily for malware infections and other bad things which can happen. It gives our site an added security feature.
