Palm Bible for Jehovah's Witnesses — eBible is a powerful PDA Software Program For Jehovah's Witnesses which contains five publications: New World Translation of the Bible, Comprehensive Concordance, Current Years Daily Text, Kingdom Songs and Reasoning Book. The site requires registration in order to download the program. We have not gone through this process as we do not have a compatible PDA, however, we presume this is intended to ensure that only active Jehovah's Witnesses have access to the program.
FreeBible.Com — A freeware King James Bible with Strong's links. Also has 1901 American Standard version. The interface is pretty good. Double click any word to have the Strong's definition pop up. Very handy reference.
e-Sword — An electronic Bible software site. The program and add-ins are free. More translations than you can read in many years including such hard to find ones as the Geneva Bible (aka the Breeches Bible). An excellent tool for comparative studies of various translations.
Ages Library — Source for McClintock & Strong's Cyclopedia (quoted often by the WT). PDF format and very economical. More material than can be read in many years. Hardbound copies of this huge work cost over $300 back in the 1980's. We obtained our copy from this site for $29.
Learn Biblical Greek — A place where you can teach yourself Bible Greek (koine) as spoken in the first century.
Scripture 4 All — A site offering PDF downloads of the whole Bible in the original languages with interlinear renderings. Recommended for Biblical students interested in the original languages.
Olive Tree Bible Software — Several Bibles and Palm/Pocket PC versions.
Ancient Biblical Hebrew — Study of the ancient Hebrew alphabet, culture and thought
Elementary Greek — Basic guide to learning Biblical Greek.
On Line Bible — Software for various platforms offering the Bible on your computer.
Theophilos Bible Software — Resources for Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek. An online library of Bible translations
Bible Gateway — Links to over 100 versions/translations. Searchable by citation, keywords and topical indexes.
New Simplified Bible — An on line paraphrase version.
Institute for Scripture Research — Offers for sale a new translation that restores the Tetragrammaton. Also claims to have restored the original Tanakh order of the Hebrew Bible.
Vine's Expository Dictionary of New Testament Words — Exactly what the name says, Vine's dictionary for the Greek Scriptures on line. 1940 edition that's out of copyright.
